Kobe Steel invests to consolidate steelmaking
Japan’s Kobe Steel says it has completed the No. 6 continuous caster and expanded the No. 2 bloom mill at its Kakogawa steelworks. The investment is part of a plan to consolidate all its steelmaking at the site, Kallanish notes.
