Khorasan Steel ships first Southeast Asia billet cargo
Khorasan Steel has shipped its first, 25,000-tonne billet consignment to Southeast Asia, Kallanish learns from the Iranian steelmaker. The cargo was transported by rail to Bandar Abbas port from which it was shipped.
Khorasan has exported around 110,000t of steel since the beginning of the year through 20 March 2018, of which 85,000t was rebar. The main destinations were nearby countries such as Iraq, Turkmenistan, Afghanistan, Kuwait, Georgia and United Ar…
