Kardemir lowers domestic billet prices, Icdas reduces rebar
Kardemir has reduced its billet prices for the domestic market by TRY 65/tonne ($14) to TRY 2,405-2,495/t ex-works ($525-544), excluding 18% VAT, Kallanish learns from the Turkish integrated steelmaker. Its bloom price is also down TRY 65/t to TRY 2,775/t.
The firm’s IPE and HEA/HEB beam prices, however, have been increased by TRY 30/t to TRY 2,840-3,095/t.
Kardemir has retained its 12-32mm diameter rebar prices of TRY 2,645/t from the previous, 21-June…
