Kardemir published a new price list and opened sales for rebar and wire rod on Thursday, Kallanish notes.
Rebar in diameters of 12-32mm and 36-40mm were each decreased by TRY 445/tonne ($23.2/t) to TRY 13,880/t and TRY 13,970/t, respectively, versus Kardemir’s previous list on 14 March.
Prices for 5.5-56mm diameter wire rod have been decreased by $20/t to $750-790/t, from Kardemir's previous list on 1 March.
