Jinxi acquires Chengde quotas for Fangchenggang
China Oriental Group has announced that its subsidiary Fangchenggang Jinxi has reached an agreement to acquire iron and steel quotas from Chengde Zhaofeng, Kallanish notes.
The transfer is estimated to cost CNY 1.45 billion ($204.89 million). Chengde Zhaofeng is agreeing to transfer 1.38 million tonnes/year of iron capacity and 1.5m t/y of steel capacity to Jinxi Fangchenggang.
