Jindal Stainless inaugurates green hydrogen plant
Indian stainless steelmaker Jindal Stainless (JSL) has commissioned the first green hydrogen plant in India’s stainless steel sector, according to JSL’s exchange filing. The plant was installed in partnership with green hydrogen firm Hygenco.
The move is part of JSL’s commitment towards achieving its net zero carbon emissions goals and environmental sustainability, Kallanish notes.
