Jindal SAW foresees improved demand, pandemic impact abates
Indian pipe demand is expected to rise further from several announced oil and gas pipeline, and water distribution projects, says Jindal SAW. The “Make in India” and "Atmanirbhar Bharat" initiatives are also seen helping increase Indian mills’ share in their domestic market.
The company’s current orderbook stands at 1.28 million tonnes and provides work for 12-15 months. Exports account for 20% of orders.
