Jindal SAW agrees to operate ductile iron pipemaker

Jindal SAW has agreed to operate, maintain and manage the manufacturing facilities of Sathavahana Ispat (SIL) for a period of three years, which may be extended for a maximum period of ten years. The agreement will see Jindal SAW produce and sell Sathavahana’s products, namely ductile iron (DI) pipe, pig iron and coke, under its brand name.
