Jiangsu Delong to reorganise Jiangsu Shente
Jiangsu Shente Iron & Steel confirms that Jiangsu Delong Nickel Industry Co. will lead its reorganisation, finalising the decision after two rounds of selection of investors, Kallanish notes.
All five Shente companies were declared bankrupt by Liyang Court in July. The other four companies involved, all owned by Jiangsu Shente, are Liyang Jianxin Steel, Liyang Changxing Furnace, Liyang Liyang Shente Section Steel and Liyang Changxing Steel Equipment.
