JFE Steel completes first UOE steel pipe shipment
Japanese steelmaker JFE Steel Corporation has successfully produced and shipped its first order of UOE steel pipe, according to the company's latest newsletter. The total volume ordered was 86,000 tonnes.
The products will be supplied to a gas pipeline in Southeast Asia, Kallanish learns. JFE Steel's West Japan Works in Fukuyama District is responsible for manufacturing.
