Italian stainless scrap values flatten
Italian stainless steel scrap prices are mostly flattening on January, in line with other European countries, sources tell Kallanish.
Domestic grade 304 prices are now at €1,580-1,640/tonne ($1,698-1,763) delivered. The high point of the range is being paid for smaller volumes and pure quality, while the low point of the range is for 304 blended with a less pure grade.
