Italian stainless scrap hits deadlock on low demand
The Italian stainless steel scrap market has reached a standstill as transactions remain at a minimum and for very low tonnages only, sources tell Kallanish.
While one mill is not purchasing scrap in July and August, others are requiring small volumes, such as one truckload.
