Italian stainless scrap prices rise
Italian stainless steel scrap prices are increasing by €100/tonne ($108) on average this month on high costs of raw materials and nickel.
Grade 304 has reached the level of €2,550-2,600/t delivered. 316 has also hiked to €3,500-3,600/t delivered, mostly due to product shortages, sources suggest.
