Italian scrap prices flatten on low availability

Italian scrap prices are flattening. Mills are now accepting to pay stable prices compared to last month after a few initial small tonnage contracts that showed a €10/tonne ($11) decline, Kallanish notes. The few deals agreed with larger merchants indicate new arisings E8 at €410-420/t and the higher grade at €440-450/t.
