Iron ore struggles, CPI and PPI weaken
Seaborne iron ore prices struggled on Thursday, with the futures market rebounding but the spot market not fully following suit.
The Kallanish KORE 62% Fe index and KORE 65% Fe index declined by $0.02/t to $107.51/dry metric tonne cfr Qingdao but increased by $0.83/t to $120.46/dmt cfr. The KORE 58% Fe index was $1.5/t lower at $96.31/dmt cfr.
