Iron ore price decline triggers restocking
Seaborne iron ore prices fell on Tuesday, with Chinese stock markets plunging as economic data for March once again disappointed the market.
The Kallanish KORE 62% Fe index and KORE 65% Fe index declined by $1.33/t and $1.22/t to $109.86/dry metric tonne cfr Qingdao and $122.38/dmt cfr. The KORE 58% Fe index was $1.25/t lower at $98.75/dmt cfr.
