Iron ore gains as Citi ups 2016 outlook
Seaborne iron ore prices gained again on Monday on the back of steadier Chinese steel sentiment. Citibank meanwhile has increased its forecasts for the rest of the year, although it still does not see prices this high again for several years.
The Kallanish index for 62% Fe Australian fines increased another $0.55/t to $49.29/dry metric ton cfr Qingdao. 170,000 tonnes of Standard Sinter Feed Guiaba sold for August delivery at a floating price on globalORE.
