Iron ore, coal, scrap all fall
Seaborne iron ore prices fell on Monday alongside other raw materials. While steel prices have been supported by the seasonal demand recovery, iron ore, coke and scrap prices all fell on Monday.
The Kallanish KORE 62% Fe index fell $1.49/t on Monday to $131/dry metric tonne cfr Qingdao. The Kallanish KORE 65% Fe index dropped $1.20/t to $151.90/dmt cfr, and the KORE 58% Fe index declined $0.51/t to $109/dmt cfr.
