Chinese sinter production curbs boost iron ore

Seaborne iron ore prices rebounded on Monday on news that Hebei steel mills had limited production at sinter machines. The Kallanish KORE 62% and 65% Fe indices increased by $2.7/tonne and $4.31/t respectively on Monday to $108.13/dry metric tonne cfr Qingdao and $120.77/dmt cfr.
