Esfahan Steel appoints new chief executive
Iran’s sole blast furnace steelmaker, Esfahan Steel Company (Esco), has appointed Iraj Rokhsati as chief executive, succeeding Mansour Yazdizadeh who has been appointed as chairman of the board. Morteza Yazdkhasti has meanwhile been appointed as deputy chairman, according to a company statement seen by Kallanish.
57-year-old electrical engineer Rokhsati was previously ceo of Iran Refractory Company.
