Iranian iron ore output grows in January
Ten major Iranian producers reported a 5% on-year growth in iron ore concentrate production in the month through 19 January to 4.1 million tonnes, according to the Iranian Mines and Mining Industries Development and Renovation Organization (Imidro). Deliveries however fell 2% to 1.67mt.
Concentrate production in the ten months through 19 January thus rose 4% on-year to 40.8mt.
