IOC production, sales rise sequentially

Production and sales for the Iron Ore Company of Canada (IOC) rose sequentially in the fourth quarter of 2021 but were flat or down compared to levels in 2020.
Saleable iron ore production reached 4.26 million tonnes in Q4, representing a 16% quarter-on-quarter rise but an 8% year-on-year decline. Pellet production of 2.54mt showed 3% growth both y-o-y and q-o-q, while concentrate production of 1.72mt was down 22% sequentially but up 22% y-o-y.
