India’s domestic steel demand to rise: JSPL’s Sharma
Owing to post-lockdown demand recovery coupled with upcoming infrastructure and construction projects, Indian domestic steel demand is set to rebound through the second half of the fiscal year ending 31 March 2022. This will lead to reduced Indian mill export sales, JSPL managing director VR Sharma said at Tuesday’s Kallanish Flat Steel 2021 virtual conference.
