Indian imported scrap inches up, sentiment remains low
Indian imported scrap offers in containers have inched up marginally this week; however, sentiment continues to remain low amid a slowed domestic market. Scrap purchases are down, there is no clarity on the United Arab Emirates-origin detained HMS cargoes, and the offtake of finished steel is expected to remain subdued, sources tell Kallanish.
