India should reduce iron ore import reliance: WoodMac
To reduce India’s reliance on expensive iron ore imports, its exports of the raw material must fall by 10 million tonnes/year, or domestic output needs to rise by the same tonnage, according to Wood Mackenzie. The country’s iron ore imports could rise to 12mt in 2020.
