India mulls hiking HRC, downstream flat steel offers
After a pause of 10-12 days, Indian mills have started indicating offers for downstream flat steel products in the European and Turkish markets. Mills are yet to reveal quotes for hot rolled coil, but the market anticipates HRC prices to rise on the back of the downstream coil indications, sources tell Kallanish.
