US HRC, CRC resist increases
US hot rolled coil is transacting within the range of $1,175-1,200/short ton, resisting the adjustment to $1,300/st issued by Cleveland-Cliffs on 4 April.
Cold rolled coils are holding firm at the rate of $1,300-1,350/st, Kallanish learns.
