Hoa Phat's steel output declines in April

Vietnamese steelmaker Hoa Phat Group saw a slight decline in crude steel output in April, but finished steel sales rose rapidly on rising construction demand. In April, Hoa Phat's crude steel production reached 738,000 tonnes, slightly less than the 741,000t achieved in March.
