Hoa Phat cuts domestic HRC in weaker market
Vietnamese hot rolled coil producer Hoa Phat Dung Quat has reduced its monthly domestic prices to reflect a softening in market conditions, Kallanish notes. Chinese HRC import prices have been falling.
