Henan announces 2018 capacity elimination details
On 18 April the Henan provincial Industry & information Technology Commission issued its list of steel and coke capacity targeted for removal in 2018. One local steelmaker and two coke mills will have to remove equipment before the end of the year, Kallanish notes.
