Hegang signs Zelezara MoU with Serbian gov
China’s Hebei iron and Steel (Hegang) has signed a memorandum of understanding with the Serbian government which brings it one step closer to acquiring Zelezara Smederevo its first European steelmaking capacity. The agreement was signed on Thursday alongside other agreements during prime minister Aleksandar Vucic’s visit to Beijing, Kallanish notes.
