Hebei, Shandong limit power supply to steelmakers
Hebei and Shandong provinces have adopted power-limiting measures due to the recent high temperatures in northern China and the resulting heavy power load. The limitation is reported to be sustained for 7-10 days, and expected to support the increasing trend of steel prices in the short term, Kallanish notes.
