Hanggang, Zhenshi collaborate on $2.8 billion stainless project
China state-owned Hangzhou Iron & Steel (Hanggang) and privately-owned Zhenshi Group have signed an agreement to invest CNY 20 billion ($2.8 billion) to build a green high-end stainless steel project, as well as a strategic cooperation agreement, Kallanish notes.
