Handan coking, sintering plants complete ultra-low emissions change
Hebei province’s Handan local government says that all sintering machines at Handan steelmakers and all coke ovens at Handan coke producers have met national ultra-low emission standards by the end of October 2019.
18 steelmakers and 21 coke producers are now operating 51 sintering machines and 50 coke ovens, Kallanish notes.
