French stainless scrap prices rise
Stainless steel scrap prices in France are increasing again compared to November, by €100/tonne ($112) on average in December contracts.
Mills are now paying €1,850-1,870/tonne delivered for grade 304. This includes around €20-40/t for transport, depending on point of delivery and departure.
