Fortescue invests $6.2 billion decarbonising iron ore operations
Australian iron ore miner Fortescue Metals says it will spend $6.2 billion by 2030 to eliminate fossil fuel risk across its iron ore operations, Kallanish notes.
The move is expected to also reduce Fortescue operating costs by $818 million per year.
