Chinese Communist party expels ex-Wugang, CISA exec
Deng Qilin, the long serving Wuhan Iron and Steel (Wugang) chairman has been expelled from the Chinese Communist Party for serious disciplinary violations, the party said Friday. Deng, a previous China Iron and Steel Association (CISA) general secretary, is one of several steel executives caught up in China’s corruption crackdown, Kallanish notes.
