Elections hamper Poland's EU-funded construction rebound, energy dominates
The Polish construction sector is pinning its hopes on the EU-funded National Recovery Fund (KPO) spurring projects, with the first advanced payments due shortly. However, the 7 April local elections pose a downside risk as these significantly reduce the tendency of local governments to announce tenders, says one of Poland’s largest construction firms, Erbud.
