Egypt's EZZ Steel continues to grow by acquisition
Ezz Steel’s subsidiary, Al-Ezz Dekheila Steel Company Alexandria (EZDK), has approved a plan to acquire 18% of Egyptian Steel Group for Management of Steel Plant Projects Company (Egyptian Steel) belonging to founding partner of the company, Ahmed Hamdi Abu Hashima, according to a borse filing seen by Kallanish.
