EC postpones further deadline on Ilva/ArcelorMittal merger
The European Commission has announced a new postponement of the deadline for the investigation related to the effects of the possible acquisition of the Italian Ilva group by ArcelorMittal.
The new deadline for the final decision regarding the takeover is now set for 25 April. This was originally set for 23 March, but a series of delays have since been announced.
