Court sets deadline for Huta Czestochowa bids
Companies wishing to take place in the tender to buy ISD Huta Czestochowa (HCz) must submit their bids to the Czestochowa district court by 29 May, the court says. The minimum price is PLN 250 million ($60m), with a 10% deposit required to be paid.
The insolvent plate mill’s administrator will review the bids on 3 June. If there is more than one bid that meets the requirements, the administrator will carry out an auction involving the bidders.
