Commerce lifts suspension, issues Russian plate AD duties
The US Department of Commerce is terminating an agreement that suspended anti-dumping duty investigations for imports of carbon steel plate from Russia. The department is now issuing an anti-dumping duty order to be placed on imports of cut-to-length plate to the US from Russia.
Commerce had initially signed the suspension agreement in 2002 with three Russian plate producers: Severstal, JSC Magnitogorsk Iron and Steel Works and JSC Nosta Integrated Iron-Steel Work…
