Commerce proposes revisions to Section 232 exclusion process
The Department of Commerce's Bureau of Industry and Security is seeking pubic comment regarding changes to the process of exclusion from Section 232 tariffs for imports of steel products into the US.
A proposed rule makes the following adjustments to the Section 232 exclusions process:
