Commerce initiates new AD/CVD investigations of Indian flanges
The US Department of Commerce has initiated anti-dumping and countervailing investigations for imports of carbon steel flanges from India. Kallanish understands that this decision follows requests by domestic petitioners.
Commerce had previously determined that Indian producers/exporters did not sell carbon steel flanges at less than fair values from August 2019 through July 2020. However, an all-others subsidy rate of 7.39% was determined in 2017.
