Commerce concludes sunset review of stainless plate duties
The US Department of Commerce has concluded its portion of the sunset review of the antidumping duties on stainless steel coiled plate imports from Belgium, South Africa, and Taiwan, Kallanish learns from the Federal Register.
Allowing the duties to expire, Commerce says, would likely cause dumping to recur at rates of 8.54% for the imports from Belgium, 41.63% for South Africa, and 10.2% for Taiwan.
