Commerce concludes CVD sunset review for Korean plate
The US Department of Commerce has concluded its portion of the first sunset review of the countervailing duties on cut-to-length plate imports from South Korea.
Commerce found that allowing the duties to expire would likely lead to the continuation or recurrence of countervailable subsidies at margins of 4.35% for Posco and all other producers and exporters.
