Commerce advises against removal of rectangular pipe duties

The US Department of Commerce believes antidumping duties on imports of heavy-walled rectangular pipe and tube from Mexico, South Korea, and Turkey should remain in place for another five years. In the final results of an expedited sunset review of the AD duties, Commerce found that removing the duties would be likely to lead to the continuation of dumping.
