Chinese long steel offers hold in mid-December
Chinese construction steel offers were almost flat in mid-December, with spot trading falling as the weather cooled.
Kallanish learns from major long steel producers in eastern China, Shagang and Yonggang maintained rebar and wire rod offers in the second ten days of December. Zenith meanwhile kept wire rod and rebar in coil offers unchanged, but added CNY 50/t ($6.96/t) to its rebar offers.
