Chinese late-November longs offers slow decline

The Chinese construction long products market has continued its downward trend under the pressure of negative sentiment. A slight rebound last Friday however helped steel mills slow the decline in prices, Kallanish notes. Shagang announced it would cut CNY 300/tonne ($47/t) from its rebar offers and CNY 200/t from wire rod and rebar in coil offers.
