China's wire rod export prices inch higher
China's wire rod export prices picked up this week.
Alloy-added wire rod export mills in northeast China kept their export offer prices at $560-565/tonne fob China, the same as last week. This week, however, was the sudden drop in traders willing to sell short. Market sentiment on demand rebounded as China announced the relaxation of its epidemic control measures.
